Sooooo Good! I have eaten catfish many times, but have never cooked it until today. We cooked it outside on the extra burner on our grill. Worked so well! My family wants to make sure I save this recipe. Done!

I followed the recipe exactly and my catfish turned out AMAZING! My husband and kids raved about it. I made sure to really pat the fish dry with paper towels. I could have even used more zing! Do you think you could season the catfish before the egg bath as well?
