This recipe came out PERFECTLY DELICIOUS! One omission from the description – It’s even better on the second day. I made the recipe for 6 servings and ate it each and every day.

Hi Danielle, I am sorry to hear that, what type of rice did you use? Was it basmati? Did you let it rest for the 10 minutes? If you used another long grain white rice it would most likely not be cooked in time.
