This cake release was great a little different from one I used years ago but definitely better than the spray. I am however a little heavy handed and had to learn the hard way. Thank you Jocelyn helping me understand that. A little goes a long way.

I don’t suggest this as shortening has a longer shelf life without the dairy and if you use butter, your release can go rancid.
